Zumba is awesome, isn't it? I just love it! Is it possible to be addicted to? I have a co-worker that I take it with and we've talked about talking the instructor into a 2 hour class...just because that hour flies - it's so darn fun!

I'm glad you are going to share one of my goals! This works the best as long as I'm not binging on these cheat days or making them like I use to. My cheat days(was I use to call them) were awful but that is a thing of the past. I would binge probably 3-5 days in one day and eat well over 5000 calories. Now that isn't healthy but if I kind of allow myself some treats and I'm not so strict I don't mind allowing myself 2400-2700 calorie day if I get my workout in too. 2694 days ago
