My name is Angie. When I was little I always thought that I was fat but I think that was because my sister was always super skinny. So when I was fourteen and after my mom found out that I was pregnant in my fourth month I decided why worry about gaining weight I am already fat anyway. Well little did I know back then that just because my sister weighed 86 lbs. my 120 lbs. was not fat. I tell you this much I wish I was that fat again. So I ended gaining 75 lbs through my pregnancy. After I delivered and after my six weeks I was down to 175 lbs. and that is pretty much where I had been for the next 18 years but after thirty something little by little my weight started creeping up. When I hit 200 lbs. which is a weight I had never before reached, well it hit me pretty hard. I knew I needed to start to try to lose the weight not only the weight that I gained but much more. I went up a little more I was at 204 lbs. . Well I started to do some walking, I walked every where I went because I didn't have a car at the time. I ended up loseing 17 lbs. without really knowing. I did feel like my waist was getting a little more tone but that was it. I was super happy when I found out. So anyway I am going to take that as my jump start since I wasn't actually trying to lose at that time. So here I am and I hope that with the help of sparkpeople and everyone here I will reach my goal weight and maintain it.

My Goals:
Ok well my long term goal is to lose 50 lbs. and to learn how to eat healthy. As for my short term goals I would to lose about 7 lbs. a month. I would really like to reach my goal by February.

My Program:
I walk for an hour and a half Monday thru Friday. Drink my 8 glasses of water, and take a vitamin everyday. I eat cereal and fruit for breakfast, tuna and veggies for lunch and chicken breast for dinner.

Personal Information:
I live in the Metro Detroit area I am the mother of three beautiful girls and I have a beautiful grandaughter and a very handsome grandson.

Other Information:
I like all types of movies, action, drama, comedy, horror and love stories. I want to learn how to dance. I think loseing the weight will give me more nerve to actually start the classes.

Hi Angie.. I hope you dont mind me adding you. I just started Sparks for my third time and I hope we could be buddies and give each other motivation. So far you have lost 4.5lbs. Way to go girl!!

Thanks for stopping by my page I really need to get my butt back into gear I have been making so many excuses and there is no reason for them...

I hope I can get back on the wagon casue if I dont I will gain everything I have lost
