My Goals:
I want to have a healthy lifestyle(mental,physical,spiritual and emotional)..I want to be able to do sports and vacations with my family without feeling so tired and over weight...be able to just feel good about my outer shell again..

My Program:
I am eating more healthy foods,drinking water,getting in at least a 30 min work-out(5x) a week..counting my calories..staying Prayed Up.. staying focus on my goal to be a Better Me!

Personal Information:
I live in Louisiana..I am married to my best friend..we have 3 wonderful kids(beautiful)..I like to exercise(but not diet),read books,shop,visit my Mom,and go to church.

Other Information:
I have learn to not live in the past and not to look forward to the future..but live in the Now! Take life as it is given to me from the good Lord up above..Thank you Jesus!
