There's a thread on the team page called POPULAR QUESTIONS where a LOT of questions have been posed and answered. Take the time to read through it as questions you have may have been answered on there - and you may find some questions you DIDN't know you had! Use this board for Q&A only as it is something of a chore to wade through if you're looking for a specific item. (And for me to have to find the most recent question to answer! Wow, 45 pounds is alot of weight to lose. Can I ask how you did it? What foods you ate, etc? Yea, high school reunions sure are a big deal to lose weight for. I am sure you can do it!!
