My Goals:
* Meet nutrition targets .
* Lose 5Kg
* Run the 2012 London Marathon. -- Done! :D
My Program:
* Eat lots of plants and animals (Paleo nutrition), and try to meet the SP nutrition targets every day!
* Jogging 3 times per week, cross training twice per week (or at least, I'll try!)
