My main goals at this time are;
1)Eat healthier.
2)Lose weight in the process to better my health issues.
My Program:
1)Pay close attention to food intake and not over do it.
2)Make healthier choices.
3)8 glasses of water a day.

I'm a very mellow person. Love my "FREE TIME" when I get some "ME TIME"... I love to read! Big- "Paranormal Romance Fanatic"...BOOKS! BOOKS! BOOKS! Collecting Series as I go! (It's a must...LOL) Lover of all types of Movies, upgraded myself to Blu-rays last year, I find them more better for my eyes and ears...LOL ... Any more on music, I listen to Country, Soft Rock, R&B and Oldies but Goodies... usually listen to music while I'm driving, on the computer or cleaning... LMAO.
