My goal is to lose weight and to keep it off. To create habit in living healthy for me and then my family.
The number one objective is to keep a positive attitude. I never mention the word diet but instead call it a lifestyle change. I am taking time out for myself to exercise and have changed the foods that I buy and keep in the cupboard.
I am originally from a very small town in Indiana but currently live in Washington.
