My Goals:
Long term goal: Lose 30 more pounds (total of 50 lbs lost) by June 2011.

Short term goal: Lose 5 lbs per month.

My Program:
1. Nutrition. Balanced meals with attention to calorie & fat intake.

2. Fitness!! Aerobic exercise 5 days/week for at least 30 minutes.

Personal Information:
I have a wonderful husband and the sweetest little fox terrier in the world.
