Hello SparkPeople! My name is AngelWendyMama and I go by "Angel".

I started on weight loss journey at 300 lbs. I've lost 76 lbs so far on this journey! I'm about to blossom into the healthiest body I have ever had! Hello SparkPeople! My name is AngelWendyMama and I go by "Angel".

Every day that I eat healthy and exercise with cardio or strength training, I feel stronger inside and out! I can do it! And I know you can do it, too!

I am feeling lighter, tighter, stronger, more fit, more energetic, healthier, more sexy, and HAPPIER!

(I lost a baby to miscarriage at 7 weeks pregnant in August, 2012.)

My Goals:
Have another healthy baby and stay as healthy as I can on this journey.

Keep eating healthy.

Keep moving each day at least 10 minutes.

Walk half an hour a day when possible.

Get to my ideal weight, one day at a time.

My Program:
* Find inspiration without to find it within.
*Get up and move more
*Track food every day.
*Eat a lunch every day.
*Eat healthy foods.
* Eat more fruits and veggies.
* Make vlogs (video blogs) for motivation.
* Walk daily, aim for 10,000 steps
* Dance daily.
* Hoop (hula) often for fun and fitness.

Mom of a 5 yr old boy.

My highest weight was 300 in 2006. I lost 60 lbs with SparkPeople and Weight Watchers. Got to 240 lbs. Then got pregnant.

I started again June 28, 2011 at 272 lbs.

I've always been the fat girl, but I'm DONE being the Fat Girl! Now I'm a healthy, fit, fabulous and hot girl!

I will do this naturally - with better nutrition and exercise.

Other Information:
I like to sing. I belong to Animaterra, a woman's choral acapella singing group.

I'm the Director of Religious Education at a UU Church.

I'm an indigo adult and my son is an indigo child.

I just wanted to let you know that we are all here for you. Some of us have had just as many struggles if not more. Hang in there if things get rough. Step outside and say- "is that all you got!?"
