Fabulous, fit and Healthy

My Goals:
*Lose 2 lbs a week... *Lose all 78 more lbs by next summer and maintain the weight loss. *Make and stick to a meal plan. *Continue to exercise at least 30 min 3-5 days a week. * Drink that Water!!! * Learn how to become fit and fabu!
My Program:
*Mon-Strength (CORE), Ab Jam(Turbo Jam) *Tues.-Strength (Upper), walk 30 min. *Wed.-Strength (Core), Ab Jam (Turbo Jam) *Thurs.-Strength (Full Body), Cardio Party (Turbo Jam) *Fri.-Strength (lower), walk 30 min **I am going to be adding in some fun activities; things that we can do indoors with the weather getting to be cold...Things that we can do as a family. :)

My name is Angelee. I am a wifey and a mother of two kiddos. I am attending College to get a Bachelors in Nursing with a concentration in Nutrition. I have been over weight the majority of my life. I am doing this not only for myself but for the health and well being of my family. I want to instill in them things that will lead them to a fit, fabu, healthy, long life.
Other Information:
* I would like to start a moms group in the Omaha, NE metro that will get together a few times a month to build friendships. -We will get together to talk about our goals and acheivements. -Motivate eachother to "shred the lead", anything that has been weighing us down. -Fun activites to keep the mind, body, and soul going. -The kiddos will be able to meet and play with eachother. **It could become a fun event for the whole family.
