Can't Nobody do You Like Jesus

I am returning to sparks because I love the Program. I still need to work on me, and I know that SP is for me.I am back up on my weight
and I have repented to the Lord. Went through somethings in my body
but God has seen me the death of my nephew, and illness. I am back to working out, and in a better frame of my spirit mind and body. I look forward to seeing what the Lord is going to do next in this walk but
most of all I know I am at peace with my daughter being with Him ...

most of all I know I am at peace with my daughter being with Him more and more every day. So Pray for me as I learn how to really feast at the Lord's table. I have been making progress, I had gotten back to 205, I am now 198 lb. I truly thank God. I am also doing Body Gospel, Hula Hoop which I have come to enjoy. So I just thought it was time for an up date. This is a new up date It seems my weight just gose up and down but now it looks like I am back to going dkown have changed my work outs and just leaning on the Lord to
keep me focus on just being faithful to eating healthy. I have been using the nutrabullet and i am enjoying it. God is my strenghth.

If we are to truly enjoy your life, NOW is the time. Not tomorrow or next week. Everyday is the perfect time to have a Best Day. So my dear friend, I am wishing you your best day today.
