Hello and thanks for stopping by! This is not my first go round with SP. I am excited to be back. I am a forty-something, mother of two. To be overall healthy is my ultimate goal and with SP, I will succeed. It won't be easy and it's not going to happen overnight. One pound at a time, my outer appearance will portray my inner being.
