Hi, I'm Kim. I live in Knoxville, but originally from a small town north of here (Lafollette). Also lived in Florida the first 12 years of my life (I am a Florida Gator fan, rebel in VOL Country ha, nothing against the Vols..just its a family thing with me)
I work graveyard shift, which has made me even more inactive and just don't like how lazy I have become. So planning on changing it, and hoping it will help my overall well being as well since Ive been struggling with depression/anxiety. Which weight wise, I am the most I have ever weighed in my life, but I am not overweight. Most of my life I struggled to keep weight on, so not in a hurry to lose any of it. But wouldn't mind toning up and losing maybe 10 - 15 pds (unluckily not struggling with keep weight on now lol) . But mostly in this to get more active and start eating healthier, to improve my health.
I wouldn't mind meeting new people/friends along the way either and be of a support/help to anyone , so feel free to drop me a line.
To quit my lazy habits and get in better shape !
I am just going start watching what I eat. Laying off my beloved Mtn Dew and Fast food. And sure the weight I wouldn't mind losing will go away , my main objective is to get more active. And since its been too cold to enjoy a walk outdoors in the morning..going attempt using my treadmill 3-4 times a week and add on to that
I love music (all types but rap and death metal. Esp 80s, rock and country), movies (black/white, drama, action adventure, romantic comedies and etc), reading (bible, nonfiction, mystery, inspirational and etc), love animals, spoiling my nieces, spending time with family, roller coasters/amusement parks, stand up comedy, shopping (even though its mostly window shopping),bowling, and outdoors. Sure I left something out of the list...:) Between my love of the 80s to Old Hollywood..I have been accused of being stuck in a time warp:-p
When I actually have the time I love going to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and also love Nashville. Dreaming of traveling more in the future to places nearby to overseas.

Hi Kim. My name is Priscilla. I live in West Knox. I myself am working on losing 20 to 30 pounds. I have been struggling with trying to lose the weight. I did really well on South Beach. So well that I thought I would celebrate and I never recovered from the celebration. I gained all the weight back plus some. Then I gave up and now I have decided that it is time to jump back on the wagon and get my weight back down. I hope that you too can get to your goal.

Sorry this welcome is coming so late after you joined the 80's Music Lover's team. This is the best team, in my opinion, on SP. I have only been a member since the middle of Nov. 2007 but I was so impressed with everyone. They have been so supportive of me and helped to motivate me when I was down and celebrate with me when I succeeded. Our team leader, Lynn, is so sweet and caring. She is really a great person and the best one to lead this team. If I can do anything to help you, please just ask. I hope to get to know you more. Please feel free to post --- especially in our I'm Great, You're Great thread. That is the best one around.
