Getting into my trousers again
Hi. I work out at the gym using weight three times a week and go to a Personal Trainer once a week. I walk regularly and climbed to Everest Base Camp November 2009. All this sounds great doesn't it? The problem is that I have put on a stone in a year and can't shift it. I have been on a high protein diet with no carbohydrate other than in salad and lots of fresh veg but it hasn't worked. Hence trying this. I know what Kcals I need to use in carbs, fat and protein ...
