My Goals:
I'm looking to lose about 20 pounds and get in SHAPE. If it's less than 20 lb but I feel fit and healthy, that's fine too... the number on the scale isn't everything to me.

My Program:
- keep calories between about 1300 - 1400
- get 4 days of hiking or walking in per week
- eat more fruits & veggies
- drink 8 - 12 glasses of water a day

Personal Information:
I like hiking, spending time with my husband, snuggling with my kitties, and traveling.

Other Information:
My fav movie is "Amelie"
