Doing pretty good this week!!!

My name is Robin. I am 39 years old. I have recently gained a lot of weight and thought it would be good to have positive people to talk with that have some of the same issues.

My main goal at this moment in time is to lose 10lbs before October 31, 2012. After that I will set a new goal, eventually I want to be 130lbs. Hope everyone on Spark people can help me stay motivated.

I will eventually remember Greg's last name at 2am and promptly forget it again. He lived a few houses from us on Henderson toward 82nd. He was Cory's age. There was some older siblings. Their mom had MS. She used to spend a lot of time in a wheel chair at the tavern. I will find the facebook page for Whitman and let both kids know. However, neither have seemed excited about the idea of reunions yet. Cory missed his tenth and Holly from the Girls Next Door was in his class and going to the reunion.

I am doing much better the last two days. Walking helps. I just have to keep the spot massaged through simple yoga and PT moves and of course keep the nutrients in balance.

Hope all is well with you.

Thanks for the support. I managed to do PT and yoga and ice and ibuprofen and avoid the vidoden this morning. So, I am healing. I wonder if it is the vinegar in the picle juice or if there is potassium in the cucumbers. I will try some since we do have pickle juice. Hope all is well with you. I am looking more to hearing about the reunion.

The competition is in Scappoose. It costs $50. and there is one more orientation tomorrow night at 6:15 I believe. Look up Biggest Loser Scappoose and you should find the website. However, I am sure there are competitions in Portland and Gresham too. That would me less driving for you. Although you only have to weigh in once a month to win prizes. Check it out. It would be fun to see you.

I am so sorry you had to worry about your nieces and nephews. It makes it hard to go to shopping malls. When they had the shooting at Lloyd Center, I didn't go there for years.

NaNo requirements were to speed write 50k words in 30 days. I made 36k. Writing about Dad's trip from Kansas to Oregon during the dust bowl. I loved Dad's Kansas stories. My characters took on a life of their own. In January, I start editing and cleaning. I will let it rest another month and in March try to fix the story arc and fill in holes. It is a great retirement project.

I only have one gift card to purchase and think I can do it at the local grocery store. I hope anyway. Finished all the rest of my Christmas shopping today.

Sorry I have been so absent from the computer lately. Just needed a mental break I think. I participated in National Novel Writing Month in November, and now I am scurrying around trying to get caught up. Are you still working for the attorney?
