I would like to have fit lifestyle by making fitness a daily habit. My goal is also to lose 30 lbs. and have boundless energy.
I am starting again with the Spark 28 Day Bootcamp ( 3o min. of cardio and 10-20 min of strength training daily), logging my food in spark mobile, blogging and posting at a team daily.
I live in Iowa with my wonderfull husband, 2 boys and our baby girl. I homeschool our children, teach design at the local university and try to do some of my own artistic pursuits. Last but not least I try to be a new creation daily in the Lord.
