    Hi, my name is Katiya. I hope you don't mind but I added you to my friends. I was browsing food logs when I came across your page and noticed we have some things in common. We are similar in weight and we both are recently back to SP (I have been back for 6 days). When I was on here back in the day, I successfully lost 57lbs in 8 months. I quit using SP and gained it all back(and then some) after a troubled bed-ridden pregnancy. My 13yr old daughter is borderline diabetic and they already put her on metformin in an attempt to prevent full blown diabetes. I thought we could motivate and help each other stay accountable and on track?!?! Look forward to hearing from you! emoticon emoticon

    emoticon ... your progress picture is emoticon You have done sooo well. Good for you!

    I have always had better success when walking in the morning, before I do anything else. It gets my water in before breakfast, and since my stomach is empty, it pulls the energy from stored fat, rather than something I just ate.

    Keep it up! I look forward to seeing your goal photo. June emoticon
