2014 - The year I am going to get in shape, get healthy and have the time of my life. Life is good, but it could be better. My first goal is to get back down to a size where my clothes fit. Yes I could buy new clothes, but even new clothes don't fit like they should. I need to be at my base weight and enjoy buying new clothes for my fit body. Next is to be healthier and wealthier. That means no wasteing money on food that is not good for me. It means planning better for my meals and ...

My Goals:
I want to go shopping for clothes and fit into something without feeling so fat. I want to be able to buy something because I like it, not just settling because it fits.
I also want to run a 5k.

My Program:
Calorie Count: 1200 per day.
Aerobic exercise 30 minutes per day.
Strength Train 3 times per week.
Stretch 7 days a week.

Thanks, Angelica! I'm trying my hardest not to be too impatient about the process. And I love how everyone on SP seems to be taking the proper approach--ya know, fall off your bike then just get right back up again, but don't forget to sterilize your knees first. Before I joined, I thought that the moment I ate any kind of fried food my whole plan would be shot. Obviously, common sense tells us that's not the case.

Anyway, thanks for the encouragement! emoticon
