I want to be able to walk upstairs without a dose of oxygen. I want to eat healthier, feel better and have more energy.

I am a nurse working in Germany but living in Belgium. Have been married for 35 years this year, have two children, a grand daughter and a great dog. And from time to time even a grand-dog to take care of, since my daughter brought home a little stray from her vacation.
I love movies, reading and knitting.
Thank you so much for the comments. The picture of me is 6 years ago taken for my support to Breast Cancers Avon Walk. At 57 I trained and walked the Marathon and half for my beloved friend Peggy. I made the walk and still wear pink every day, although you cannot always see it..Hahahaha My hair is greyer but my legs still work fine. I am working on my core more now.
And by all mens, come sit and knit on the porch with me..Coffee and tea are always on..oh yes, I do have wine too..Smiling here
