Life Long Journey!

I'm 33, stay at home mom of two wife to one =) Have a sewing biz that keeps me busy enough to keep doing it.

I've been following the Primal/Paleo eating lifestyle and am LOVING every min. of it! I NEVER feel deprived, I have NO cravings and I feel GREAT!

I'm taking my weight loss and healthy eating one day at a time. I am a severe emotional eater, and have a Binge eating disorder. I binge, but don't purge. I wish there was a magic pill that would fix it. I am ...

I wish there was a magic pill that would fix it. I am Bipolar2 (no that is not a typo... its a messed up form of Bipolar that makes life very hard some days) BUT I get up every day and do what I have to in order to get through life.

I love my children, and am trying to be a better parent and giving a better example of healthy eating and a healthy life.

Thanks for your blog comment! Wall pushups are definitely overrated. I did "girl pushups" (the ones on your knees) for MONTHS and I never got strong enough to switch to full "man" pushups. Before my last back issue, I was doing a reasonable number of real, military style pushups and I started with wall, counter, couch, bed, and laundry basket pushups!

Pullups are no laughing matter. Mark's Daily Apple has a Primal Blueprint Fitness e-book that's free, and he has videos of a pullup progression. I bought the same pullup bar he's using in the video from trapezerigging.com, but if you have a doorframe bar you can pull a chair up to it and cheat your way to pullups.

Hi, thank you for stopping by my blog. Take a look a look another blog I posted regarding white rice, the doctor that wrote this calls this the "Archevore or Paleo 2.0" diet/lifestyle, it's an interesting read.

What a great article!

My biology professor JUST went over the evolution of fruits today.

I for one am very glad we selectively bred those cruciferous vegetables. Broccoli and Brussels sprouts are two of my favorites!
