Thanks for your blog comment! Wall pushups are definitely overrated. I did "girl pushups" (the ones on your knees) for MONTHS and I never got strong enough to switch to full "man" pushups. Before my last back issue, I was doing a reasonable number of real, military style pushups and I started with wall, counter, couch, bed, and laundry basket pushups!

Pullups are no laughing matter. Mark's Daily Apple has a Primal Blueprint Fitness e-book that's free, and he has videos of a pullup progression. I bought the same pullup bar he's using in the video from, but if you have a doorframe bar you can pull a chair up to it and cheat your way to pullups.

Hi, thank you for stopping by my blog. Take a look a look another blog I posted regarding white rice, the doctor that wrote this calls this the "Archevore or Paleo 2.0" diet/lifestyle, it's an interesting read.

... let me know what you think...

Enjoy your day... ~ Dee emoticon

    What a great article!

My biology professor JUST went over the evolution of fruits today.

I for one am very glad we selectively bred those cruciferous vegetables. Broccoli and Brussels sprouts are two of my favorites!
