My cheat day was pretty good...I don't think I really over induldged on much, but I did have a biscuit and half a muffin at breakfast, and a milkshake after dinner--It was less than I would have eaten on a normal day before going on the diet!
I've heard of quinoa, when I was trying the p90x diet (too much food for me!) but the didn't have it in my local store, so I gave up on it. Have you found it? How is it? 1914 days ago
I have not used kettle bells on a regular basis. Only tried them once. I think they are excellent but with my tendency to enjoy lifting really heavy things and being very flexible (not to mention clumsy!!!) I was worried the entire time that I was going to hurt myself or someone else.
Funny but for real. For now I just stick to the dumbells and barbells.
