My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight and to become a better person plus to be able to play with my son and grandbaby . I want to be able to take walks and truly enjoy life.I want to take control and not let the food control me.I don't want to use food to comfort my feelings anymore.

My Program:
I am cutting back on food intake and will journal my food.I will be journaling my food intake. I will be taking responsiblity for my eating habits.

Personal Information:
My name is Cheryl and I am from South Carolina. I am a divorced mother of 2 very grown boys ages 21 and 24 and my youngest boy that is 8 years old. Yes, you counted it correctly there are 3 of them! I am also a Granny of an 8month old angel!!!

Other Information:
I love God and my family in that order. I love to read Christian novels and to learn more and more about my Heavenly Father up above. I like to make friends.I like to help others and talk.
