My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose 70 pounds...after my two babies, I gained a lot from those pregnancies and haven't taken it off. My starting weight is 255 and my goal weight is 185...I'm 6 feet tall. I'm going to start working on 5 lb losses because thinking about 70 lbs. is daunting! I've also thought about a reward system for myself...at 10 lbs. gone-treat will be the Just Dance Wii game...at 20 lbs...a massage...
My Program:
Right now, I'm starting out simple...I made a personal goal to do 30 minutes (minimum) on my Wii Fit or other fitness DVD each day, drink my 8 glasses of water (minimum) and start writing down everything I eat so that I can see where I need improvements!
Personal Information:
I currently live in Carmichael, CA (Sacramento) and grew up in South Lake Tahoe, CA...My name is Angel and I am 32 year old mom to two girls! I am currently a stay at home mom, but up until last year, I worked in banking for the past 12 years! I loved it and eventually I will get back to it when my girls are both in school. Other than taking care of them every day, I enjoy seeing friends, dancing, softball and getting a pedicure :)
