I don't want to be skinny, just healthy. Being able to take my husband down with one swoop of my leg would just be icing on the cake!!! A girl always needs something to look forward to!!! May 9, 2009- Today is race day. Although I'm a bit disappointed in myself, it should be a fun day. 2 weeks before I injured my knee and currently in therapy to heal it. I'm supposed to take it easy....YEAH, RIGHT!! The great thing is, I know I can do it. I can run that race ...

My Program:
I definitely have a plan now...I now run 4 days a week, and other cardio the other days of the week. I try to eat alot of protein while maintaining my sodium intake. Good stuff!!
