Hi from southern california! I'm a mom of a 5 month old trying to get back in shape.
I follow a vegan/vegetarian diet so challenging to get all the proteins in on any given day. I'd love to exchange some receipes if your interested.
I'd like to take up hiking as a new activity (since the trail is only 10 minute walk from my house).
I'm looking for a sparkbuddy for support and motivation to help eachother through this journey. Anyone that falls into ANY of the following category would be great: 1- similar weight currently and similar end weight goal 2- follows a vegan/vegetarian diet 3- lives in Southern california and would like to hike on some trails
Hello there i am sure ready for a buddy i am in the fontana area and thanks for the add. i know a couple of hiking grounds. i go for power walks or jogs on mondays , wednesday, and sometime friday. i go to the gym on tuesday,thursday, and maybe saturday.
I have never heard of Chino Hills? hehe. I dont travel anywhere though, lol.
Yeah i absolutely love hiking, but you should always go with someone. Even just for safety reasons if you fell or something. I sometimes bring my dog to. I'm also looking to run a 5k. I can run now, but i think i still want to bring up my endurance more so i feel confident running the entire thing.
