Well I was diagnosed in 2000 with Type 2 Diabetes and have been trying to get it under control for a bit now. But want to make a positive change in my health. I walk 30 to 40 mins a day about 3 to 4 days a week and like to go biking or go for walks on the weekend. I stick to a diet full of fruits and veggies and fiber and whole grains. And I try to stick to no junk whatsoever. You have any other questions just ask ok. And if anyone would like to text and wants supprt that way also text me my numbers 519 761 3090.

-Loose 5 -10 pounds

-Get healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels

-Drink 8 glasses of water a day

-Eating high fiber foods daily

-Eating more protien in my diet need 60 grams and am only getting 30 these days.

-to get into my skinny clothes

- to be able to actually go and buy a new wardrob with my new fit body

-to wear a bikini

-to not be able to get winded going up a hill

- to start runnin

Dont really have a program just a healthy lifestyle with exercise and eating healthy for diabetics. Plan on checking what plans are on here though.

    Well today I did good well I did my walk for about 40 mins and I stayed within my calorie range and well I weighed myself and I was 133 and I was 142 so I have lost weight wow. And I checked my blood sugar today was 8.8 after work. And I am so busy at work I need to start to drink more water.

    Exercise today: walked for 40 mins
    Blood sugar for Morning 10.7
    Blood Sugar After Work: 8.8

    Hey Carly...How's it going? I finally figured out how to find/add you as a friend! How have your eating and walking been going the last couple days? I volunteered last night at the therapeutic horseback riding center - which is basically walking and lifting for 4 hours! I am really tired when I get done there, but it's so much fun and so rewarding to help out so that the riders can experience the horses. Hope you have a good day!
