Well today I did good well I did my walk for about 40 mins and I stayed within my calorie range and well I weighed myself and I was 133 and I was 142 so I have lost weight wow. And I checked my blood sugar today was 8.8 after work. And I am so busy at work I need to start to drink more water.

Hey Carly...How's it going? I finally figured out how to find/add you as a friend! How have your eating and walking been going the last couple days? I volunteered last night at the therapeutic horseback riding center - which is basically walking and lifting for 4 hours!
