Well I was diagnosed in 2000 with Type 2 Diabetes and have been trying to get it under control for a bit now. But want to make a positive change in my health. I walk 30 to 40 mins a day about 3 to 4 days a week and like to go biking or go for walks on the weekend. I stick to a diet full of fruits and veggies and fiber and whole grains. -Loose 5 -10 pounds

-Get healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels

-Drink 8 glasses of water a day

-Eating high fiber foods daily

-Eating more protien in my diet need 60 grams and am only getting 30 these days.

-to get into my skinny clothes

- to be able to actually go and buy a new wardrob with my new fit body

-to wear a bikini

-to not be able to get winded going up a hill

- to start runnin
