To check your daily calorie differential, go to the Nutrition tracking page and then click on the tab for REPORTS.. under that one called "Daily Calorie Differential" and you can see how much you're eating vs. burning in basal metabolic rate plus exercise. Then the final number tells you the difference. If it's -500 or more each day, you should be losing a pound a week. If not, then you didn't quite make it. 1603 days ago
