You are the GREATEST! 1/10/10 I'm a 62 year young wife, mother and grandmother. I've been on Spark People since October 2008. I've lost 20 pounds but I still need to lose about 20 more. While I started the weight loss/lifestyle change journey really well, I am currently stalled out. It has been very discouraging but I am determined to succeed and so I will get back on board. With the help of God and my wonderful SP friends, I will win this battle.

My Goals:
My goal is to be able to enjoy activities with my husband, kids and 17 grandkids. GOAL REWARD 140 Haircut 135 Mani/Pedi 130 New dress 125 Party!! 300 miles Trip to Rocky Point
My Program:
Doing at least 45 minutes of cardio 6x a week; strength training at least 3x week; tracking my food intake - making healthy choices that keep me in the ideal range for calories & nutrients consumed daily.
Other Information:
9/18/11 I've been a slacker but have committed to the Fall 5% Challenge. I commit to do at least 45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, ST 3 times a week, follow the SP nutrition plan and track my food consumption, check in with my team daily and leave at least one comment on the boards.
