Angel's Healthy Lifestyle

I have had a yo-yo weight problem for the past 5 years. Every time I start doing well stress makes my focus change and I let it all go. I am now back to not only lose this unhealthy weight but to keep my focus so I can keep it off.

I'm back to the gym and doing what I can to get fit!

Thanks for your advice for using P90X. I have been with spark people for almost 1 year. I have been watching my nutrition, by using the nutrition tracker keeping between 1200 to 1550 calories.
I completed my first half marathon oct 2011 and it has been taking quit some time for my hip to heal up and so it was Nov before I went for a walk and so I have not done any intense exercise. This past week I have been getting back into strength training and some extra cardio .
Before my Half Marathon, I have had quite a track record of going all out and injuring myself and then having to heal up. From shins splints, Plantar Fasciitis , ankles and I have seen a Podiatrist and I have been wearing Orthotics for about 6 months.

I really want to do this right this time. with no injuries. emoticon emoticon

It has been awhile since I've been on here! We joined a new gym by our new place - it's awesome. The have a bunch of family stuff (pool, rock wall, b-ball court) so I can cancel my SportRock and save money!

Great (awesome, spectacular) job on your goals! I am so proud of you!
