Lose weight and feel great
Hello everyone I am a 32 year old mother of 2 beautiful boys and I am at health risk so I need as much inspiration to loose weight for my boys and my husband as possible. My family is important and I want to be there to see my boys grow to be men.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose over 100 pounds by july of 2010...I need to lose weight for my kids and my husband, I would like to see my boys turn in to men and get married. I will say my 1st goal is to looks 20 pounds before my next Dr appointment and that gives me 3months.
My Program:
I am on a low fat, low calorie diet...I am also takeing Alli Capsules and they work great.

Hello my name is Staci and I am a 32 yr old mother of two wonderful boys Tyler 10yrs and Jonathan 5 yr and I have been happily married for 12 yrs...I love my family very much and I live every day for them...I have very high blood pressure and I need to lose weight to lower it. Dieting is very hard for me since I had my first baby I gained over 100 pounds and have been unable to get it off since...I need all the help and support anyone wants to give.

Live Love Laugh and don't ever let anyone tell you, you can't do something because you can do anything you put your mind and heart to. Live Long Love Lots and Laugh often
