Doing it for me!
I've been a mom since September 2003 and since that time, I've put myself on the backburner. My health has gone downhill and my self-esteem has gone way down. I've made the choice to focus more on myself and set a good example for my kids. Healthy eating and exercise. I want to be able to run in the yard with the kids without being winded. I want to feel better about myself so I can be a better mom.
