I haven't blogged on here in over a year. I haven't tracked my weight in over a year. It's been almost a year since I herniated a disc in my back. It's been too long.

My track has been so lost. Now I am starting over. All of my original goals have been cleared out and I'm just starting from scratch. Right now.

My Goals:
I just want to be healthier. I realize that if I don't control my weight now, I will have a lot of unwanted health issues later in life. As my son grows older, I want to be able to keep up with him.

- Eat more whole foods
- Eat more fruits/veggies
- Drink 8 cups of water every day
- Do some form of meaningful exercise every day.
- Complete at least one unassisted pull-up by the end of 2009.

My Program:
Easing into the new lifestyle. Going to the YMCA at least 3 times a week. Eating more fruits and veggies. That's about it so far. I'm doing more than just going to the Y 3 times a week, but that's what I'm committed to right now.

Personal Information:
I am in Huntertown, Indiana. I am married, have one son, and two dogs.

Other Information:
One of my favorite ways to get exercise is by Rollerblading or walking with my Weimaraner.

My Halloween was good. So MUCH candy! But it wasn't too bad, I enjoyed each and every bite. Hope yours was a good one as well your Thanksgiving. Have a great weekend. emoticon

Me? I am GREAT at making plans...not so good about following through, though I have been tracking food for almost a week now and it is making me more conscious of what I am eating and how much so that is a good thing right?

OK Ang, what is your plan for the week?
I went for a walk and bike ride yesterday. Hope to get another bike ride in today (before the cold sets in again) but I am working on 3 hours of sleep so we will see. When I am really tired I usually overeat so I am tracking all my food everyday this week!

BTW - u need to update your personal info...says you have two dogs ;-)

Hey! You let me know if you need a workout buddy! emoticon I know it's a lot of hard work, but I believe in us. Thank you for being supportive as well. I am going to the Rally here in Fort Wayne in September, if you are maybe we could meet there or something.
