I heart losing weight

But I also love eating. My goal is to learn to live a healthier lifestyle and make it a habit. It's really hard to get to that point, but that's what I'm working on. I've been exercising and eating mostly healthy for 7 weeks now. It's still a struggle every day.

My Goals:
I'd like to lose all my excess weight and look fit and healthy while being fit and healthy. I'm thinking 150 lbs. is my goal - but I'll decide that as I get closer.

My Program:
I am doing cardio 4-5 days a week for 45 minutes and weight training twice a week. I am also working on counting/logging my calories and trying to stay within a certain range - this is the hardest part to me.
