Here is my journey to a thinner, healthier me...
I'm committed to doing my part to be healthy for myself and my three beautiful children and husband.
I'm a happier person when I'm fit and comfortable in my own skin.
It's important to me to set a positive example for my children - especially my daughter. I've struggled with self-image my entire life and I don't want to pass that on to her.

MOTIVATIONS
- feeling good bout myself is good for my marriage
- feeling good about myself is good for my children
- being happy in my body is good for ME
- being healthy is the most important thing I can do for myself nd my family
- if I don't take care of my body, where will I live??
- NOTHING tastes as good as being thin, healthy and fit feels.
- a lifestyle change is about the rest of your life - one bad decision doesn't have to be your fate.
- I AM IN CONTROL OF WHAT I PUT IN MY BODY
