Take each day one at a time and not overwhelm myself by trying to lose a tremendous amount of weight at one time. Instead, I will break it into smaller more achievable short-term goals, and reward myself for every 5-10 pounds lost.
I want to love my body and keep my focus on ways to make it healthy.
My food plan will include Eating healthy protein (limit fried foods); low carbs; 5-fruits & veggies daily; 3-dairy products daily; 8-10 8oz water daily.
