Learning to Survive

Im a 42 who wants to get fit. I tried the diabetic diet and gained weight. Finally I decided after losing most of the sight in both eyes, that I needed to change. Im learning to walk again, but my feet are not cooperating. Im also learning to adjust to minimal sight. With the help of my babies, Boo Boo, Tigger and Chocolate, Ill get there soon.

I HAVE A HOSPITAL BED ALSO AND LOVE IT MY BET IS YOU WILL AS WELL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND BEFORE LONG YOU WILL BE UP AND MOVING ONCE AGAIN.

You are doing so well. Do keep it up! I see that you love animals nearly as much as I do. I have two cats and two dogs at home and if I listened to myself I would have even more but I do believe that my husband has been more than tolerant with me. emoticon I do need to be reasonable and manage with what I have at home.

PS I have a cat named Tigger also!

I love the pics of your animals on your home page. join in the conversations, blog each day and Check out some of the other blogs. I have been eating properly for 40 days, today, weighing, measuring, writing down in the nutrition log everything. It's working and it's not that hard to do once you get used to it. It's a emoticon tool!
