2013 is my year.

I am on Spark people to keep myself motivated and working towards my goals! I am trying to get healthy. I am sick of the yo-yo dieting. At my heaviest, I have been 206, and my lightest 135. I am hoping to hit 145-150 again, as I feel that is a good and reasonable weight for me. I have used sparkpeople.com before and had great success, and hoping for continued success this time around.

My Goals:
Lose weight, get in my skinny jeans again, keep the weight off, manage my anxiety without medication as it packs the pounds on me.

My Program:
Tracking food on sparkpeople, doing cardio at least 6xs a week - fitting in strength training when I can, and drinking 8 glasses of water a day, and avoiding alcohol.
