I'm Doing It This Year!

I've had enough, I'm going to lose those last 25 pounds this year! And for good this time. I've always ate healthy and exercised on and off and I'm ready to make it consistent and permanent for my weight and overall health.

- Cardio 3-4x per week

Stay within my calorie range 6 days a week.

My Program:
Currently trying BistroMD.

Walking/Running on my treadmill at least 3x per week.

- 10 minute daily strength training workouts (Day 1 - Abs, Day 2 - Arms, Day 3 - Butt - repeat).
