I'm Doing It This Year!

I've had enough, I'm going to lose those last 25 pounds this year! And for good this time. I've always ate healthy and exercised on and off and I'm ready to make it consistent and permanent for my weight and overall health.

Following the Zone style of eating. 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat.

I LOVE Jillian Michaels' DVDs, No More Trouble Zones is my favorite!

Walking/Running on my treadmill on my non-Jillian days.
