I am going to eat clean and follow both Tosca Reno and Tom Venuto for clean eating ideas and recipes along with my favorite Sparkpeople cook book.

Personal Information:
born and raised in Seattle, Wa. love it here but I struggle with the winter months and staying active in them. It's like I start over every spring and I want off this cycle. And here I am in 2013 STILL on this same cycle!!!

Angela! The weight is coming off slowly. It's one meal at a time - one day at a time. Making choices all day. I have been known to post things around my house and in my fridge. It helps. We all know what to do. We know the big secret of losing weight! Eat healthy and exercise. That's it.

You can do anything that you set your mind to. SP is not a diet but a lifestyle change. You need to go slow and implement new things slowly so that your chance of success is much higher:) I am here if you need anything at all. Remember YOU CAN do this.
