My Goals:
I want to get back to having a healthy BMI.

I want to feel sexy again.

I want to be able to get into a size 10. (11/29/10: I'm between a 12 and 14 right now depending on the fit and cut of the pants)

I want to do another 5k and possibly a 10k this time.

I REFUSE to get to 30 and be overweight!


My Program:
Run Hains Point (a park in DC; approx 3.5miles) twice a week

Run the steps across from the Jefferson Memorial (the ones that overlook the Potomac headed towards Georgetown and the Kennedy Center) twice a week (usually go 20 times up and down)

Jump rope 4-5 times a week doing 200-500 jumps/day.

Do ab work using a park bench once a week for about an hour

Take a One-A-Day Weight Smart multivitamin once a day.

Hey, I checked out my waist hip ratio and it is down 0.04 points, so that is good. I'm now 0.68 which is within the healthy range for me. Still need to find my size 12 jeans though! :P

I LOVE the slow churn, but also Breyer's special editions are almost ALWAYS with a light ice cream base. :) They are another favorite of ours -- for example, what we have right now is Waffle Cone Overload -- 130 cal per serving!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT??? :D That's one reason why it's so tempting. Because it's so easy to fit in... but if I'm full, why am I eating ice cream? Just trying to kinda analyze my attitude towards the food and make sure I'm not eating when I don't really want it kind of a thing I guess.
