The Best Life Diet is by Bob Greene, Oprah's Trainer/Nutrionist. I'm sticking to it pretty reasonably, but I'm only in the first phase, and that's the easiest part. I'm trying my best to avoid "off days." I'm even getting accustomed to picking the healthy options when I go out to eat (which I'm also cutting back on).
And You ARE LOOKING GREAT!!!! Keep it up honey, you are surely motivating me!
