My Goals:
I want to get back to having a healthy BMI. I want to feel sexy again. I want to be able to get into a size 10. (11/29/10: I'm between a 12 and 14 right now depending on the fit and cut of the pants) I want to do another 5k and possibly a 10k this time. I REFUSE to get to 30 and be overweight!
My Program:
Run Hains Point (a park in DC; approx 3.5miles) twice a week Run the steps across from the Jefferson Memorial (the ones that overlook the Potomac headed towards Georgetown and the Kennedy Center) twice a week (usually go 20 times up and down) Jump rope 4-5 times a week doing 200-500 jumps/day. Do ab work using a park bench once a week for about an hour Take a One-A-Day Weight Smart multivitamin once a day.
