I Have to Do This...No More Excuses...

Most of my adult life I have struggled with weight. I have tried every fad diet in the world without sucess. Two years ago I began dieting and exercising in order to have my son. When he was born earlier this year, he was diagnosed with several serious health conditions. After spending 32 days in the hospital we were able to bring him home, and, after living in the hospital and consisting on fast food and cafeteria food, I weighed more than I did when I gave birth. My son is doing amazingly well and God has granted us the miracle of his health and despite his team of specialists and their "gloomy" prognosis he is thriving. Now, at seven months old, I am amazed at his strength and determination every day. I have to lose this weight and get healthy to be the mother that I want to be. I need to have the energy to work and be the best mother possible to this precious little boy.
