Since 2008, I have lost around 25 pounds. I am still aiming for another 50 or so. I was doing very well up until I lost my job and in turn was forced to cancel my gym membership because of lack of money.

I have tried and tried, and I always seem to start tracking and doing well for a couple days and theeeen I stop... I dont know why. I just cant keep up with tracking everything.

I really want this for myself, but for some reason I always end up failing no matter ...

I really hate to say this, but my boyfriend is no help. He doesnt motivate me, he doesnt help me try to eat healthy... nothing. Sometimes I feel like I need to blame him. but its my fault.

I have tried putting up little quotes and images to try and help me, but they just become part of the background after a couple of days. I really dont know what to do.

I know how frustrating the scales can be, they're usually my biggest enemy!! But you can do this!! It may be slower or the road may be bumper but you'll get there, because you're taking positive steps to get there!
