Since 2008, I have lost around 25 pounds. I am still aiming for another 50 or so. I was doing very well up until I lost my job and in turn was forced to cancel my gym membership because of lack of money.

I have tried and tried, and I always seem to start tracking and doing well for a couple days and theeeen I stop... I dont know why. I just cant keep up with tracking everything.

I really want this for myself, but for some reason I always end up failing no matter ...

I really hate to say this, but my boyfriend is no help. He doesnt motivate me, he doesnt help me try to eat healthy... nothing. Sometimes I feel like I need to blame him. but its my fault.

I have tried putting up little quotes and images to try and help me, but they just become part of the background after a couple of days. I really dont know what to do.

You can do this! You don't need a gym membership - all you need is yourself! Walk - do weight bearing exercises with your body (pilates, pushups, etc), I exercise at home - and I love it!! No excuses! :)

ANG, of course I am still willing to be your motivation buddy! I was going through a very rough last couple months that's why I hadn't had a chance to respond, but yes, I will gladly help you, and I need your help as well, as far as I know by Monday I will have "the boot" off completely, and I need the motivation to get myself moving and functioning back to "normal" again! I am also wanting to get skinny, save money (after we get caught back up on our bills) and go to Japan someday. emoticon

Thanks for being a team member on the Red Fitness Warriors! How are you doing with staying on track to meet your weight loss goals? It gets tough when you hit those plateaus, but you can do it!
