Depends on my mood I love yoga but I also love running and wt training I try to mix it up a bit so I dont get board. My workout depends on whatever part of me doesnt hurt that day.

Thank you for reading my blog and posting a comment on my blog Zumba Class. At first i was a little bit shy to do zumba feeling that i couldn't do the moves and i would look silly. But my instructor told us to try our best and move just dont stop moving if you can't do the moves just keep moving. I would recommend trying it. IF you dont want to do it with a group, try doing at home to get use to it. I hope you will try it. It is so much fun. Let me now if you do. Hey, thanks for the comment on my blog. I do actually drink tons of water - caffinated drinks, juices, and sugary things really bother my stomach. But I will have to try to stick to measuring and weighing out my food though. I think your right with the eyeballing it. And it really doesn't help that I enjoy cooking so much.
