My Goals:
I am no longer drinking soda or sugar drinks (don't drink your calories! lol), not eating out (unless I can't avoid it - no excuses), working out with a personal trainer 2x a week, and will hopefully be going to the gym on my own 5x a week for classes - dance or swim or whatnot. =D
My Program:
Currently working with Bethany from Arrowhead Health Centers. She is prepping me for my Lapband Procedure that will hopefully take place in April 2013.
Personal Information:
From Arizona, born and raised. It's hot and has 2 seasons, dry and hot, dry and fairly cool. Lol. I love to travel, love California and Zoos, love to learn and explore. Love the outdoors, especially cooler weathered areas. Love forests and Aspen trees. LOVE LOVE LOVE road trips. Never seen the fall or spring season.
Other Information:
Love the read, dance, SING, act, wrestle, play video games, watch movies, rate hole-in-the-wall restaurants (guess that one should be past-tense), take pictures, WRITE, cook. Love Halloween and Christmas.
