On my way to a new me.

I am a mother to 3 boys, ages 10,9, and 6. I need to be able to go out and do things with them. I have been overweight my whole adult life and am looking forward to living healthier for them and for me.

I started on this journey once and stopped to smell the roses. I have gained back some of the weight that I had lost and now I want to get going again.

I loved how I looked but fell off and couldn't get back on.

I started this journey a few years ago and really stumbled. I would really love to get down to at least a healthier weight. For me, for my husband, and most of all for my kids, before they are grown and gone and not there to play with any more...which will happen before I know it.

My Goals:
I want to get down to a healthy weight.

I want to work out 5 days a week. I want to be able to keep that up even after I get down to my goal weight.

I want to be more at ease with myself which will allow me to be a better parent and wife.

My Program:
I was working out a program with pilates, and elliptical and some strength training.

Drinking plenty of water.

Greetings Id like to join the 30 by May B day group =) Im tacking on another year in April but May is my target for losing 33 . Ive lost 3 so far (4 before I joined) Im motivated to do this even if I am catering a family and extended of 8 today, I will make it through the holiday NP.Congratulations on your success so far.
