    staying within your daily calories we get 40 points a week max so many a day on how many you get
    if u need help let me know i wioll do the best i can to explain it tells ya points you get for posting daily you can track them on the bottom of your food tracker at the bottom of the page in the section called notes you talley you points up from page put them on the notes everyday and you can check by adding them up on mondays to give us or sundays you can look then add them sunday when you get them all calculated all you have to do next morning was go back to sunday see what your points are
